Six of the cards have no indication of their source; three were printed by Marcus Ward & Co. (one with the poem Who'll buy me flowers? on the reverse, and two Christmas cards with text: I wish you all the joy that you can wish!, and May the day be as happy as you could wish!); four of the cards are from "The "Kate Greenaway" Series, no. 503 and 505 (also known as the Goodall series, from the publisher, whose name appears in trademark design on verso; embossed in white on tan or pale green background, in the style of Wedgwood ware, on card stock; mounted on heavy white card stock; used as Christmas cards).
