Titre Machinery act : an act to provide for the listing and valuing of all property, real, personal and mixed, at its true value in money, and to provide for the taxation thereof by counties, municipalities and other local tax authorities upon a uniform ad valorem basis / Enacted by the General Assembly of North Carolina as chapter 310 of the Public laws of 1939 and amended and supplemented by the Public laws of 1941.
