Signed: J.J. Pike, One Price Clothing and Furnishing House, corner Winnisimmet and School Streets, Chelsea, Mass.
Based on extant directories, J.J. Pike's One Price Clothing and Furnishing House was at this address in 1866. Textual references suggest that the broadside was issued shortly after the Civil War.
