| Summary |
Jack Tagger, once an investigative reporter, is now reduced to writing obituaries. One day, he catches the scent of a real news story in a death notice. Jimmy Stoma, lead singer of the once-notorious Jimmy and the Slut Puppies, has died in a scuba-diving accident. Sensing foul play, Jack is soon tracking down Jimmy's not-so-grieving widow. And when other members of the Slut Puppies die in suspicious ways, Jack sees his chance for a big story--and to get back on the front page. |
